Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a great sport that teaches maneuvers and techniques while at the same time conditioning the body and engaging the mind. Working with focus mitts, heavy bags and having friendly sparring with others challenges students on how to harness their skill and power. Our kickboxing class is based on Muay Tai style and welcomes all ages 16 and above. 

Doce Pares - Stick

Bandalan Doce Pares Eskrima was established in San Jose, CA in 1981. Teaching our Doce Pares class is Master Ralph Chavez, 7th Degree Black.

Bandalan Doce Pares Eskrima is a fast paced full contact Martial Art. The primary focus of the class is tournament style fighting. Everyone the ages of 16 and up are welcome and no prior training is needed as a prerequisite. 

Gentle Yoga - For a Healthy Spine 

Alignment-based Lynegar and Vinyoga. Through a series of yoga poses, we focus on improving flexibility, stretching and strengthening the spine, developing core strength, and improving posture and functional mobility. Everyone practices at their own level, and modifications are taught to overcome limitations.

Yoga- Pilates

Through a series of Pilates and Yoga exercises, you will tone your abdominals and build core strength, improve your posture, increase flexibility, mobilize the spine and release tension throughout the body. Modifications will be taught to suit all levels.
